These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Cry Poetry mobile application and related website operated by Maryland Films Ltd (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the service. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Subscriptions and Billing

The subscription fee is £7.99 per month, payable in advance through our website checkout.
Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled.
You may cancel at any time via your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund previous payments.
Prices may change; we will provide reasonable notice of any increase.

3. Access and Use

Upon payment, you will receive access to members-only content via your account login.
Access is personal and non-transferable. You must not share or resell your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. User Content

You may submit poems, posts, or other content (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your content.
By submitting, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, display, and share User Content within the community.
You must not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful material.

5. Intellectual Property

All other content, trademarks, and materials on the service are owned by or licensed to Maryland Films Ltd. You may not copy, distribute, or exploit them without permission.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or misuse the service. You may terminate by cancelling your subscription and deleting your account.

7. Disclaimers

We provide the service on an “as is” basis and do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for indirect or consequential damages.

By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country of residence. If we discover that you are under this age and do not have verifiable parental consent, we may suspend or delete your account.
